
For me, it is a bit more complicated than that.
Every religion and culture has its own word for it: angels, guides, saints, higher-self, or providence (and demons, devils & tricksters too...but that subject is for another day).
The anomalously sensitive person has the gift/curse of being uncomfortably aware of just how many spirits/beings are in the room at a given time.
The gift part of the equation is the understanding that we are truly never alone. There is comfort in the knowing that there is always someone/something present to help guide us through the day.
If you pay attention to the subtle nudges along the way – synchronicities happen.
And that is a good thing.
